You know, I had one hell of a time dealing with PayPal when I used to use them; between spending hours on the phone with a Filipino man who inisted that my account was owned by someone else and would not release any information to me, and the fact that it took me nearly six months to get some of my ‘held’ funds back from them, I thought I was getting the short end of the stick.
After discovering PayPalSucks (perhaps my new favorite site), I’ve found out that I’m not the only one who went through so much greif! It turns out PayPal is a rotten company through and though, and has given countless users unfortunate experiences! I cannot believe how ridiculous some of their reasonings are (for me, it was the fact that I was connecting from behind a mandatory school proxy), and whats more, they even pick on children’s charities! So, in short, what I think I’m trying to say is please, please, all of my readers: if you are considering PayPal, there are other, superior options!
